We'll have a cook out & case study discussion, with s'mores to top off the evening!

Some of the case studies we'll be discussing are:

• A popular new youth pastor has doubled the size of the youth group and the kids love him. The problem...he has begun dating a 17 year old student.
• How can you make your youth group fun AND impacting at the same time?
• Your volunteer staff is the same group that's been helping for years. There's nothing wrong with them, but you would like to see some new people step up and no one is willing.
• You are spending all your time preparing lessons, going to sporting events, giving updates to your senior pastor, trying to spend time with your family ...when do YOU have time to spend alone with God?

These are just a few examples of the ten case studies we'll take some time discussing. Your volunteers would greatly benefit from you providing this opportunity for additional training and support! Bring 'em all!
